Funny Icon...

hi guys,I m a newbie in CS.Recently i noticed under the canon bns forum there is a certain logo tat i dun understand & hope the gurus here can help mi to do some enlightening.Under the bns the 1st logo is an envelope.But this person's envelope has got a yelloe arrow pointing slanted to the 2pm direction.Furthermore,his replies & views column is blank...The last column which is the person's name & the hours advertised is also gone...Why is tat so?Thanks!
